Located in the heart of Tuscany, the restaurant “Trattoria Iesolana” offers an immersive culinary experience, perfect for a light lunch and an agriturismo-style dinner. With a strong commitment to short supply chain Tuscan products, our restaurant highlights local and genuine ingredients, from extra virgin olive oil produced from our own olive trees to seasonal vegetables from our garden and from trusted local producers.
On Tuesday evenings, “Trattoria Iesolana” transforms for our Pizza Night, an evening entirely dedicated to pizza, offering a different experience within the Borgo.

Light lunches and dinners at Trattoria Iesolana are a true journey through the flavours of the region. They are served in a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
Guests can choose from three different settings:
- The indoor dining room, intimate and elegant.
- The covered loggia, with an area dedicated to outdoor tables and a lounge area for aperitifs and after-dinner drinks.
- The panoramic terrace, offering a spectacular view of the Val d’Ambra and the Chianti hills, perfect for special events.

Our evening aperitif can also be enjoyed by the pool, offering a perfect combination of local snacks and refreshing drinks. This time of day is ideal for relaxing and savoring the tranquility of the Tuscan hills, accompanied by a picturesque view that makes each aperitif a special experience.
